Returns
Because our products are made to order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Incorrect size ordered by the customer.
- Buyer's remorse or change of mind.
- Preference for a different color or design.
Please review product descriptions and sizing information carefully before purchasing.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is:
- Damaged,
- Defective, or
- Incorrect due to our error,
please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
When contacting us, please include:
- Your order number.
- A description of the issue.
- Clear photos showing the problem.
If the issue is confirmed, we will arrange an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or a refund.
Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital downloads, all digital product sales are final. Refunds are generally not available after a digital product has been downloaded, unless required by applicable law.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before production begins. Once production has started, cancellations may no longer be possible.
Shipping Issues
If your order is lost during shipping, please contact us so we can work with the shipping provider to resolve the issue.
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Customs clearance.
- Severe weather.
- Carrier delays.
- Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.
